Call for Presentations

If you are interested in presenting at the 2005 Best Practices Conference, please submit a brief summary, via email to: smithde4@msu.edu, describing the content of the presentation by September 12, 2005.

Sample Presentation Topics:

• Tools and resources for integrating multi-cultural perspectives in-and-outside the classroom and workplace.
• Strategies for discovering what students, faculty and staff have to say about the cultural climate, classroom, and workplace at MSU.
• Technology to deal with cultural biases in university courses and in the workplace.
• Case studies for inviting and engaging multiple perspectives in the classroom and workplace.
• Inclusive language: languages of power, privilege and politics in the classroom and workplace.
